Save ChildS Pro is a prospective registry including all pediatric patients with large vessel occlusion arterial ischemic stroke either treated with endovascular thrombectomy or best medical therapy. The aim is to generate evidence for medical and endovascular therapy in childhood stroke by collecting data from routine clinical care. It is open for any stroke center to join and the data collection is web-based by personal login at each site.
