EPIC-LVO is a prospective pilot study assessing the feasibility and acceptability of obtaining hyperacute perfusion imaging in children presenting with large vessel occlusion stroke. An exploratory analysis will investigate imaging thresholds defining core and penumbra in pediatric LVO.
