A Pediatric Neurologist/ Stroke Fellow at Sickkids, Canada presented a case of a 10-year-old male with complex congenital heart disease s/p pacemaker and elective admission for recent up-sizing of mechanical mitral valve. Post-operatively due to TIA was found to have a new complex intracranial vasculopathy.
